PEAK
Focusing predominantly on increasing work capacity. This class targets muscular endurance and cardiovascular efficiency, improving overall metabolic function. Intentional movement performance while managing fatigue with the added benefit of maximum caloric burning.
FUEL
Lovingly referred to by our clients as "yoga for people who don't do yoga". More physically intense than traditional Yoga classes, with less of a prioritization on flexibility. This is a form of Sports Yoga and is designed with the more athletic and driven individual in mind. It's a blend of traditional Hatha (physical) and Vinyasa (flowing) movements, as well as powerful movements, core exercises, traditional sports warm ups, and just enough flexibility to be athletic.
SHAPE
A women's strength training class. Designed to help you build strength, boost your afternoons, and leave feeling confident. Together we'll focus on big picture functional movements that work multiple muscle groups, then finish with targeted exercises to shape and tone.
BASE
Focusing on increasing muscle and force output. Expect movements that target both primary and secondary muscle groups to achieve the best possible metabolic response.
