Rehab S+C was built specifically for when Insurance approvals are limiting your number of appointments, frequency of ability to be seen, cutting you off altogether, or your deductible/co-pay is just too expensive. We have uniquely trained Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialists with the ability to follow your rehab plan as written by your Doctor of Physical Therapy. Whether you'd like just one or two filler appointments while awaiting your updated authorization to come through, or a package to meet your plan of care overall- we can work with you.

Rehab S+C Policies
Patients must have already been evaluated by a DPT and have an established plan of care to utilize Rehab S+C options
Length and content of PT/OT/Rehab S+C session is based upon therapist recommendation following PT/OT evaluation.
Treatment plan will be discussed with patient prior to any delivery of service or additional charge.
